I used your meditation just a week ago and thought of writing to you. My intent was to do tai chi every day of my week off work for spring break but... Alas, my motivation to help myself is low.

Seems exhaustion from work and the drain of winter in Michigan are my best excuses. Thanks for the update. I'll check out the site and focus more on my health!!

Hi Sue,
I feel compelled to respond to your honesty. Receiving the program with the 15 lessons may seem a bit daunting. May I suggest that you just focus on doing Lesson I the same time everyday (it'll only take you 5 minutes) without thinking about moving onto Lesson 2. This way you'll begin to establish your "practice." My work is akin to "life coaching" so I know this tip has helped many of my clients with their motivation.
