Stephanie, it's amazing that you have chosen "enlighteners" for your name for us in the over 50 set. When we think of enlightenment and it's deep eternal meaning, to be called enlighteners is really such an honor. Thank you. I can only imagine what will happen when this self-definition catches on in the huge baby boomer population. Wisdom and enlightenment shall flourish!!!

Hi Susan,

Words are powerful and energetic. To me "senior" is a vacuous term when describing the knowledge garnered through the passing of time. I was in my early forties when I first thought about a tai chi program for people over 50. The word enlightener came to me during a meditation.  Now that I'm 59 I hope I live up to what it means to be enlightened!
