Stephanie Rosenblatt Welcome Enlighteners
I was twenty-three when I began my tai chi journey with my teachers, Mr. and Mrs. Chow. I studied with them for over thirty years. Tai chi has served me well as it gently "fine-tuned" and "re-charged" me during the challenges I faced raising a family and having a career. Now that I'm in my sixties I walk and physically feel as I did when I was younger. I personally know tai chi is a pathway to "internal youth".
Tai chi stimulates and transports the powerful inner energy, as the movements emanate from the torso and like acupuncture releases stagnation in the system that creates disease. It strengthens the heart , initiates the relaxation response, lowers blood pressure, releases muscle tension yet stretches every muscle and ligament, lubricates joints, is weight bearing and great for maintaining bone mass, and boosts the immune system. It enhances focus and flexibility supporting one's performance in other sports. It's a gentle yet subtly powerful exercise, one can improve with as one ages.
Tai Chi for Enlighteners™ has been created with you in mind. Unlike other tai chi programs, it's easy to learn. My instructions are clear and concise. I count each and every step, so you know exactly where to place your hands, arms, feet, legs and torso. We move in a small, circular radius allowing for gentle, yet effective joint movement. This is why you'll be able to learn this unique form at any age.
Tai Chi for Enlighteners™ is formatted as a complete, supportive, and interactive package. The DVDs, book and this website are designed to work together, enabling you to ask questions as you learn and learn as you ask questions. Just click on the ASK STEPHANIE tab above and I will respond to your questions and comments.
I invite you to join me and as we celebrate our youth, middle-age and enlightened years with vigor, mental acuity and validation to face the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual challenges in today's society.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
